Ecclesiastes 3:1

The verse I chose for this card is from the Encouragement stamp set by Sweet'n Sassy stamps. We often think of this verse when their is a death, but it tells us that God has a purpose for all that happens to us, that He will see us through and give us courage for the trial.
The sketch I used is again from this week's Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge along with a color combo from Christian Paper Craft Magazine to use Basic Black, Kraft and Soft Sky or Baja Breeze. The card stock is Stampin'Up, the flowers were a gift from a friend & the brads are SU as is the eyelet punch. Thank you for stopping by. Blessings!

Hi Barb! I played along with this challenge too and wanted to check out your card!

I love this! Also love the combo of challenges! I saw your card at such a perfect time. I know this verse but seeing it right now, was perfect for me. My son is having a major surgery tomorrow morning and the doctors have told us that it will be very dangerous. This verse reminds me that everything is in God's hands and there's nothing I can do as everything works in God's time. It gives me a break from the pressure of feeling (like many moms do) that I have to "fix" everything. Thanks for the truly inspiring card!
